I had specific things I wanted addressed on my uniform shirt. She jotted some notes on the tag. I didn’t feel like she listened or took my request serious. I had blue ink markings on my shirt and the collar was dirty. One of my shirts still has blue ink markings on it and the collar needs to be recleaned, which I’ll do.
Parking lot was a disaster and took 10 min just to get my clothes and it was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE
Everything was ready when it was supposed to be. All directions I gave for specific items were followed

Still very upsetting that you closed on Sundays! That closure makes it difficult when you work 6 days a week and are unable to get you clothes in and out on Saturday only, The service is fair, do you purposely hire staff that are tattooed to the nth degree? They do not look very professional, are not very friendly and act like it’s a burden when we pull up wto drop off clothing!
Dealt with Brooklyn twice on this visit...dropping my bag w/garments & picking them up recently. Drop off day was bad for her B/C of the heat. She still kept smilingly...
Every time I drop off my laundry I'm short when I pick it up. Pretty pathetic, really.
No one helped me when l drove up. I waited then out of my car and walked up to the door. Only then did someone helped me. The pink sweater I dropped off was not clean after I picked it up.
Stain didn’t come out! 😫
