Yesterday afternoon I went in for pick up. The bill was under 20 dollars, I gave her what I thought was a 20 and for her to keep the change.and I left. I soon got a call I had unknowingly gave her a 100. I went back and got my change. I want to thank her and Today cleaners for you service.
Good service but need to have more savings coupons for dry cleaning
Customer service was unpleasant and prices were too expensive
They threw out my nice coat hanger unapologetically and gave me my shirt with a black mark on the collar. They seemed pretty unenthusiastic about having to remove the mark
Had to return a shirt that the collar wasn’t clean. The attendant told me it was a stain, I told her to try again. Haven’t got it back yet.
It was good but my hoodies are looking pretty dingy the last several times I always have them dry cleaned. ALWAYS, never washed @ home. The price increases and less of your usual professionalism. Sorry but it’s the TRUTH
Order was not followed out, AGSIN. I ask for everything to be creased and noticed when I got home that four of my golf shirts were not creased at the sleeves. Now I have to go back and tell the staff. The staff probably thinks I’m rude as I am always complaining for things like this. Not my fault, dry cleaning is way over priced so I will always make sure I get what I pay a lot of money for.
I really hate to complain but not complaining has caused me to look for another company to iron my shirts. I have taken pants to be cleaned and have gotten them back with lint all over them I am mediately said something and they took care of it but yesterday I took a shirt in to be ironed for a Christmas party The shirt look like a 10-year-old ironed it I’m not looking for perfection but I paid for a shirt that I was embarrassed to wear.
