I get there at 3:59PM. The girl that helped me had no people skills and personality! She went to get my items then came back and told me to come back in 15 to 30 minutes. I commented to her my items were to be ready by 4:00PM. Well apparently she had lost one item and she said to wait while she continued looking. Well after a few minutes she found it. Not very professional and Today’s Cleaners needs to work on their employees people skills and greeting.
The price to have a pair of women’s pants and one knee length dress was $29.84. This will be the last time I use them despite the convenience.
I had brought in a pants and a jacket that my wife wore. When my wife went to pick up the order all she picked up were the pants. I had to go back and inquire about where the jacket was at. They went back and looked for it and found that the jacket's tag had dropped off and it was just waiting for someone to claim it. The nice gesture was that they didn't charge me for the cleaning. Customer service
Customer service was horrible. Long story short, was told one thing then told they couldn't fulfill what they told me.
I was a bit disappointed to find that upon dropping off my clothes I applied a discount coupon off my bill and when I got home found that staff never applied it and charged me full price. Your prices seem to get more expensive while the service is declining. I have had numerous items come home where they have snipped the pins on my sleeve cuffs, buttons missing, etc.
Outrageous pricing Had to have pressing redone. So extra trip Poor customer service
Your prices are ridiculous
I confirmed that the in by 11:00 out by 4:00 on a Saturday they said yes... I turned cleaning in at 10:30 went to pick up at 4:10 thinking you closed at 5:00pm. Wasn’t ready till 4:25 but also found out you didn’t close till 6:00pm yes!
