I received a coupon via email for a 30% discount on shirt laundering. I did not receive the discount and the employees had no reason why. They told me I would have to come back the next and talk to the, IF THE MANAGER WAS IN THE COLLECTION SITE. This is the 2nd time this happened. Makes me want to switch to another cleaners. I addition, Today Cleaners charge over $10 for a womans cotton shirt. I don't understand their pricing scheme.

I think it's too much money for just one piece of clothing, just one shirt and they charged 17 dollars.

I had a bad experience with the male store employee as I called to see if my quilt was done at 1:00 pm as they had it for two days and he could not find my name as I told several times my full name. I finally told him I would be there in 10 minutes and he better have his supervisor there as they lost my quilt. When I pulled up there he was and he took my claim tag to go look for it, I pulled forward in my car and another female store clerk asked my name and said she would help him. The creases on my shirts are on the side instead of down the middle. This is the 3rd occasion this has happened. They need to hire people who know how to iron military creases straight.
