I think it's too much money for just one piece of clothing, just one shirt and they charged 17 dollars.

I had a bad experience with the male store employee as I called to see if my quilt was done at 1:00 pm as they had it for two days and he could not find my name as I told several times my full name. I finally told him I would be there in 10 minutes and he better have his supervisor there as they lost my quilt. When I pulled up there he was and he took my claim tag to go look for it, I pulled forward in my car and another female store clerk asked my name and said she would help him. The creases on my shirts are on the side instead of down the middle. This is the 3rd occasion this has happened. They need to hire people who know how to iron military creases straight.

Took 3 pairs of jeans in and wanted heavy starch this is the 2nd time that there has been no starch on the jeans I will not go back to them
For the second time in a row, I was cheated out of my 30% discount. I received the text, I click on the link, and it states that my coupon was applied. I verify with the staff upon dropping off my shirts and they said it will be fine. Upon picking up the shirts, they tell me the discount is valid upon pickup and not when I drop off the shirts.
