The cleaning was excellent. The customer service was lousy. I was overcharged and when I brought it to the attention of the staff member, without any apology and without any comment, she went to get the manager who seemed to accept my explanation that I was quoted a different price, but went about fixing the mistake without any comment to me, not even an apology. I find this unacceptable and I won't be back.
Second time. I asked for military crease, SLEEVES ONLY. The lady wrote it on the slip. I pick up my $40 order and I have every shirt full military crease. Don't you people follow instructions?????
The quality of the work done is always outstanding. However, in this opportunity, my wife dropped off 10 shirts to have them dry-cleaned at location #10. I printed coupons for her to use. She had a piece of paper with 3 coupons. The one that she wanted to use was for a $1 off per item (no limit). She circled that coupon on the printout I gave her, and mentioned to the person at that location that she wanted to use that coupon.
