Lost my shirts. Treated me as I did not turn them in the morning at 8:30 am. I hand gave it to a clerk who denied the transaction. They found them later that night under some trash. No apology given. The worst customer relations I ever encountered. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The stain on the clothing could not be removed, which was fine, but seemed like an awful lot of money to pay for NO RESULTS. I was not notified the stain could not be removed until walking out the door after paying. For unsuccessful results it would be nice to know up front with a little explanation about cost. I know there are costs of labor and cleaning supplies regardless of results, but if you want repeat customers some people will be turned off by the cost of NO RESULTS.

I was angry my clothes were lost I was told my name was not mine I was treated very poorly by the person who took my clothes in ( did not document my in formation ) causing a problem in the pickup , I’m not happy atoll , I will give you guys one more chance then I’m gone .....

I dropped off my blazer at 7:50am on Friday 1/19. I pointed out that I had two broken buttons, and the employee said they would take care of it. I received at text at 3:00pm that day saying it was ready for pickup. I picked it up at 5:30pm, only to find that the buttons had not been sewn on as promised. The employee asked if I would leave it and it would be done the next morning. I called just before 9:00am on 1/20, and was told I would receive a call when it was done. Better costumer service.. don't make me feel like I'm stupid.. if I have a question . Please answer without the rudeness and take your time explaining the product.. 1st time using Today Cleaners and might be the last.

I gave the attendant a coupon for a dollar off each garment. She put it in the garment bag. When I returned to pick up the items. She did not apply the coupon because it was not in the bag. She also stated that the credit card was charged so she couldn’t do anything until her supervisor came the next morning. She said she would put a $3:00 dollar credit on our account. It just seemed like an inconvenience and a manner to get you to take more items in.

My shirt was ripped in several places. They told me that if they couldn’t dry clean it they would call me but they didn’t and cleaned it anyway and unfortunately ruined the shirt. It was my father-in-laws shirt and now I’m not sure we can repair it. I’m just very disappointed.
