I gave the attendant a coupon for a dollar off each garment. She put it in the garment bag. When I returned to pick up the items. She did not apply the coupon because it was not in the bag. She also stated that the credit card was charged so she couldn’t do anything until her supervisor came the next morning. She said she would put a $3:00 dollar credit on our account. It just seemed like an inconvenience and a manner to get you to take more items in.
My shirt was ripped in several places. They told me that if they couldn’t dry clean it they would call me but they didn’t and cleaned it anyway and unfortunately ruined the shirt. It was my father-in-laws shirt and now I’m not sure we can repair it. I’m just very disappointed.
Charge us the right amount, we got two ties dry cleaned and we were charged for pants and a tie
When I submitted my order, the employee was repeatedly tapping her fingernails on the countertop impatiently standing there while I gave her the intake information when she could have been listening so that my order reflected my coupon and was placed under the correct name ... so that when I returned to pick up my order it did not take a prolonged period of time for another employee to locate the order.
Collar buttons on two shirts were damage during your service. The buttons were not replaced.

I brought in 4 items. Cost was over $30.00 . Technician said I could get a price coupon but ran my card and said it was too late. Tech that checked in my clothing said the same quote. I hoping you can make up for my misfortune
I pointed out the coffee stains when I dropped off the garment, however when I came back to pick it up, the stains looked the same. I paid and the garment was recleaned, this time the stains came out 90%. If they had caught the stains the first time, maybe they would have come out completely, before getting set in by the first cleaning.
When I arrive Suzanne the manager was very rude and curt. I'm new to Bakersfield so I asked a couple of questions which annoyed her. A week later when I picked up my clothes the individual was very helpful and nice .
