The young lady was very nice... my clothes were suppose to have starch and creases on all... most weren’t pressed and very few creases... this is sad for me right on my way home... thank you for reading

I ask every time i drop off my laundry not to put the plastic collar spacers on my shirts and i always pick them up with them on. It doesn’t matter what location i go to or even if there is a remark in the computer to leave them off they put them on. I like the staff but seriously contemplating about changing to another company for mine and my family’s laundry and dry cleaning needs

Good job cleaning comforter but I sat in my car and waited and waited for valet help. Finally I had to go inside and carry the heavy comforter myself

I recently took a cream colored wool jacket to Today Cleaners. I pointed out some stains that had been on the jacket for some time and had not been removed by other dry cleaners. I received a call from one of the employees the next day asking if they could keep the jacket a few more days because they were working on the stains. I told her she could keep it as long as need because the jacket couldn't be worn anymore unless the stains were removed. I pick the jacket up yesterday, and the stains were gone!

The ops manager mr David spoke with me and in effect told me to pound sand and told me if I didn’t want to pay his inflated price of $13 to dry clean a simple jacket I could go someplace else. Bakersfield is not a large city and this kind of attitude should go a long way towords losing business. So long mr David I will take your advice, Kiss my ass

Lost my shirts. Treated me as I did not turn them in the morning at 8:30 am. I hand gave it to a clerk who denied the transaction. They found them later that night under some trash. No apology given. The worst customer relations I ever encountered. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The stain on the clothing could not be removed, which was fine, but seemed like an awful lot of money to pay for NO RESULTS. I was not notified the stain could not be removed until walking out the door after paying. For unsuccessful results it would be nice to know up front with a little explanation about cost. I know there are costs of labor and cleaning supplies regardless of results, but if you want repeat customers some people will be turned off by the cost of NO RESULTS.

I was angry my clothes were lost I was told my name was not mine I was treated very poorly by the person who took my clothes in ( did not document my in formation ) causing a problem in the pickup , I’m not happy atoll , I will give you guys one more chance then I’m gone .....
