I did not get a receipt dropping off clothes they just wanted phone number…..and when picking up after paying . I asked about how much it cost she told me it was $19 but $23 out of my account Not run professionally
I answered an email telling me an order was ready for $6.28 snd I went by and got it; two men’s shirt snd my laundry bag. Today I notice on my bank account I was charged $15.70. Not very happy so I will wait an explanation.

I won’t take my dry cleaning and laundry anyplace else.
I had a spot on my clean t-shirt and took it in to see if it could be cleaned. The girl was nice and said they could spot clean it. I went to pick it up and it didn't look any better. I then asked who I assume was the manager about it and she said she would spot clean it. I picked it up a second time and it was still there. I had to pay for it.

Your price went up from $1.99 laundry shirt to 20% off my last order I heart you guys had stapled your tag to my shirt and it tore my shirt I never went Mike showed it to them I was very busy, in this pandemic time you should lower your products to help the people not increase it

I have been your customer since 2003. I took a simple, old polo shirt for laundering and I got charged $ 5.99 for it. This was just to be laundered, NOT DRY CLEANED. In fact, it said so right on the ticket when I picked it up. The lady at the counter gave a few cents credit. You have been advertising $ 2.00 plus to do shirts. I think I am owed a credit.
