Very satisfied from the personal service to the quality of the cleaning.
We're new to the area. I stopped in prior to learn about the services provided. I was I pressed when I came back a week later the attendant that had helped me remembered me. They're very personable, thorough and knowledgable.
Tirpok Clinton is always on time and does the best work possible in dry cleaning and pressing. If there is a problem, it just go back through the cycle without question. Pleasant people working there as well. I have been a customer for over 25 years.
Clothes are always ready on time. Everyone is always very professional and courteous.

While you've always been willing to stand behind the work I've been extremely dissatisfied with the job you've done for me. Missing buttons, stains that aren't removed and jackets that aren't pressed properly, certainly not what I'd expect at your price points! Please get your QC together!! I've returned garments the last 4 weeks in a row.
