My husbands garment missing 3buttons although was assured premium wash is safe. Buttons are silver w semiprecious tiger eye stone. My husband is extremely upset. Still waiting for buttons.
Since being purchased by Deliah Cleaners quality has been greatly reduced...my expensive white dress shirts and white tuxedo shirts continually get returned with colored fuss and foreign materials on them...also shirts are not being pressed like they should...have discussed with store mgr on numerous visits but issues still persist.

I am very disappointed. I dropped off a blanket and two pillow shams to be dry cleaned and altered. When I went to pick it up I was charged immediately. Upon observing the garment I noticed that, yes, a piece was altered just to find another section had been damaged on the blanket. The pillow sham was also not fixed with a notation that it wasn't repaired at a risk of damage, however, there was another new damage on the pillow sham also. I brought in some slacks for cleaning and two long dresses that needed to be shortened, one of which needed a seam to be repaired in the back. The dresses did not need to be cleaned since they had never been worn. YOU DID NOT DO THE ALTERATIONS EVEN THOUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEARLY NOTED YOUR ORANGE TAG. Obviously, I am not pleased since I had planned to wear one of the dresses today and the other tomorrow for Thanksgiving Day.
