I took my graduation regalia in to be pressed/steamed. My graduation stole is made of satin and the employee who pressed it stuck a safety pin through it, front and center, creating giant holes that are very visible. I have not been able to fix the holes and will likely need to purchase a new stole. The graduation gown looks fine.
If I could give negative stars I would. They consistently mess up my clothes. I’ve done everything they have asked to assist them with not messing up and they still do. Worst quality ever.
I dropped off a king coverlet and a king mattress cover which the young lady called a comforter??? The amount for the mattress cover shocked me as it was 35 plus tax which is just about what I paid for it My error really as I should have asked the price first So I’m just venting and not happy. I’ll search out a laundromat next time
This was my first visit to your shop. When O gave my comforter for wash I had given him a 50% off discount coupon. When I went to pick up I was charged full amount, when asked she bluntly said payment has been done and nothing can be done. Not even another voucher for the discount amount. I was really sad with the whole process.
Two weeks ago I brought in approximately 30 items. I have all of my clothes, "press only." The clerk who helped me said it would be cheaper to let them launder and press. I went ahead and made the change. This wasn't the case at all. I brought in 15 items last week and it turned out to be more per piece than the other way I was doing it. I did talk to the manager and she was appreciative of the call.
Ink stains that did not come out: but I know it’s almost impossible. Other than that everything was great.
2nd attempt to have a button replaced on a pair of pants. Didn’t happen. Plus I was charged for the dry cleaning even though I brought the pants back clean and on the hanger from the first failed attempt. If you’re going to advertise replacing buttons for free right at the counter, you need to actually do it.
Would have been good except I requested no starch and that is what I got starch in the collar (definitely a no no o) and the cuffs of my shirt.
Bummer about the broken automated system. Maybe you can send us an email when it’s down or an email when it’s fixed.
