Two things that you did when you first opened that you no longer do. (1) You used to replace buttons on my shirts that were broken during cleaning. You no longer do that. (2) I used to get email notifications when my clothes were ready for pickup. Not any more. I was impressed initially, but am now seeking a new cleaner that cares about the little things.
Frequently need to return my dress shirts for pressing that come back to wrinkled after your service. Have pointed out stains/spots on garments only to have them returned with the same spot which requires me to send it back again to have it corrected. Appears to be a lack of quality control at the site you send the clothes to. Staff is always friendly at the store.
I was charged $50 to dry clean 6 sweaters (after a 20% off coupon). I asked about it and was told there was an upcharge for delicates. I would not have used this dry cleaner had I been informed up front. I have had these (cashmere) dry cleaned many times at other places for about half that price. When I complained in store, no escalation to a supervisor happened and no compromise was offered. I came into your place about 2 months ago with about 6-8 shirts and my total bill was like $23 and then I came in last week and had 4 shirts and the bill was like $28 your pricing is all over the board I was shocked that the per piece price fluctuates that much? I like the way you do the dry cleaning, but the pricing is just a crap shoot every time I bring stuff in. The staff is wonderful and very efficient, but I can’t ever assume your pricing! Thank You!
I have constantly asked for pretreat and starch and each time they update the systems with my request and it falls off. Never pretreated and never starched. They also never apply my discounts and so far have lost 2 items in the past year. Very frustrating.
Said you could do zipper kept my sweater for 2 weeks broken promises
Lack of detail. Wrong shirt given in order. The clerks on duty did not offer to research and possibly find shirt. Shirt received was returned to our Tide location. I don't trust your location very much and feel that i need to take inventory of our laundry- that should not be neccessary.

I dropped off clothing, providing a discount coupon. I wanted to obtain the total amount that I would pay. Christine indicates, she could not provide the amount at this time, however she would call me with this information. IAs promised , I received a call that the total wold be $20.50.
