I had 8 shirts laundered. I received 4 plastic bags. Very unnecessary waste. And please don’t tell me I can recycle the bags. If you don’t use them in the first place, there is no need to recycle. A little extra human effort, would go along way in saving our planet from all these plastic bags. If I received only two bags, you would have gotten five stars.
Dropped off a few furniture packing blankets. I showed them to the attendant to confirm that they would be able to wash them. She said no problem, wash and fold would be ok. Received 2 messages the following week saying that they were ready. Upon pick up, was told that they didn’t do them, because they were a different classification and would now be $25-$30 each. I dropped off a table runner along with a few clothing items 3 weeks ago. I finally picked up yesterday only the find out my table runner was not cleaned because they need additional permission from me because of the material. I received NO phone call, text message or notification from the location about the item. Fine, except for not replacing a gauntlet button on one of my dress shirts. That’s been the case 3 times in a row, despite the ads that buttons will be replaced.
I took a comforter to be cleaned and I just assumed that it would’ve been pressed instead I picked it up and it was very wrinkled and such- Will not be bringing Comforters in
Did not clean my shirts I had to have redone and the people where rude
The shirt I brought in for dry cleaning was for a wedding. It looked great - clean and nicely pressed.
