The only complaint would be the lockers tend to not work as well as they should.
I love the convience of your service and am happy for the most part however I have a few suggestions: Use less stuffing or none at all in shirts and get rid of so many twist ties. My husbands dress shirts also come back with missing stays. It'd be lovely if a few were attached to cleaning.
I am satisfied with my service from M&W. I do feel I should recieve more coupons because of the amount of items I have cleaned on a weekly schedule.
I love your little lady at college park and 1488. She is always cheerful and knows my name and gets my things before I am even through the door usually. Am very, very pleased. She needs to be commended!

The only complaint I have is that my husbands shirts are set up to be folded and this time they came back on hangers. I do appreciate that I got a call that he left some medication in one of the pockets and it was included in the order.
