overall I am pleased but on this last order, one of my shirts was missing a collar button. now I have to take that shirt back, have that button replaced and the shirt pressed again. I hope the clerk understands this inconvenience and offers this service for free. I have not used the free pick up and delivery but plan to do that starting with the order I drop off today.
