The staff at the Alden Bridge MW are fantastic! The are so friendly,know my name as I'm walking in and very professional. I do appreciate all of them. Thank you The one draw back I have is I use my monthly coupons 20/30% plus any addtl free items. I always have to double check my order when I pick up because they don't apply it all the time.😞 Instead of monthly emails can your IT department look at sending a permanent bar code on IPhone for discounts? Thank you all for a great job you do.😄

This is the best cleaners I have ever used. When they break a button, they fix it. My cleaning is done in a timely manner and the staff is great.

My personal valet, David is very attentive to my needs. I would give him a 5 star rating. Those who check for coupons and apply them to my account are very sporadic in their application. For the most part, my clothes are cleaned well.
My Valet, David, is especially nice and courteous. He is always willing to accommodate my requests whenever it is possible and whenever it is within his capabilities. The one criticism that I have is about the cleaning process and the results, my shirt buttons are continually cracking from the dry cleaning process. I wish that your cleaning workers would replace the buttons when they crack.
