My general experience has been good but a few times, my shirts had been packed too tightly and/or there were too many shirts placed into each hangar bundle. Recently, however, this issue has been addressed and My shirts look much better when they are delivered. Thank you.

My husband usually is the one who takes and picks up his laundry, but I just want to say THANK YOU to the manager (I believe) who came in on TWO Sundays to open the store so Brett could get his laundry for a business trip he was going on early the next morning!!
