Always good.
Great cleaning. Could improve channels of communication: it is unclear how I can notify the cleaners that a button is broken, or that I need a special service. In the past, I left a note in the plastic tag holder but it doesn't seem like people would look at it. Also, I have requested new stickers to place near a stain and never received it.
I had a good experience with my last pickup & delivery. Previously I got to introduce myself to my route concierge/personal valet Blair Bourque. A couple of weeks ago I had some issues with pickup, but hopefully we have all issues resolved. I know the previous driver just wasn't doing his job. My garments have been returned in the manner I like. I know you probably have it on file, but just as a reminder I always leave my bag for pickup to the very right of my front door on the porch. I have never had any problems or mess ups, i am truly impressed with the service. Keep it up!!!
The pick up and drop off service could not be easier. I love that this is one more errand I do not have to worry about ever again. My driver Frank is always on top of it and has only once in the last 9 months since I have been using the service missed a picked up, but even then he came back the next day and I still had my clothes back by the original deadline.
Jonathan is always reliable, courteous and accommodating, meaning that if we fail to leave our bag out and call to ask him to stop back by, he graciously agrees to do so! He always provides great customer service...and, kudos to the 'cleaning' team...our items always look so nice!
Friendly driver, attentive and considerate.
