We had a miscommunication on how sometimes were to be cleaned and it created an overcharge to my account. Scott called me and we discussed it and he rectified the overcharge, and updated the instructions for future cleaning of the stated items. I’m very satisfied with the outcome. The pick up and delivery service provided by Tide Cleaners is very well managed and they provide ongoing outstanding service to my family!
