I put the cleaning out and as usual was not there when you picked up. The only time(s) it came back less than perfect was when the clothing itself had a defect of some sort. Bravo for the quality of your work. I’m missing a small Persian rug I sent a couple f weeks ago.

The customer rep who assisted me was very nice and provided excellent customer service. There was also another employee in the office and she greeted me and had a smile on her face. Like happy to see the customer. My visit was on 4/2/24 around 5:30pm.
