First 2 months things were great, since then it has gone down hill. Latest issue is losing 3 items and the items I did get back were late. I asked to have the manager call me but 2 days later I haven't heard anything. I am giving it one more chance at Deering,

Was not a great experience for me. Spot on my pants still noticeable, workers did not seen happy to serve me, and I received a call the next day after picking up my clothes asking if I was given the wrong clothing items as there had been a mix up. On a positive note, the location is very convenient.

First time trying your establishment as I typically go to Tuchman Cleaners. The gal That helped me was very nice. I learned you don't take coupons and for 8 pieces of clothing my bill was $50+ which was way more than I would have paid at Tuchmans with coupons. Then, my fault I guess, but I got home and hung my dry cleaning in my closet and went to wear my suit the next day and my jacket was missing. Had to call and fortunately after a few phone calls back and forth they found it. So overall not the best experience! :(

Alterations were not done as requested. Will have to go back to get fixed.

I am not sure what transpired recently at the Hazel Dell location but the current employee solution for early morning is not working. Not sure what it would take to get Liz back full time but whatever it is would be well worth it opposed to losing customers... I, in fact, have looked into the Classic Cleaners that I have to pass to get to the Hazel Dell location as an alternative.

It was just Ok. The girl whom helped me get started initially wasn't very friendly or informative. I dismissed it and thought she might of had a bad day. When I returned to retrieve my items days later she was the same individual whom treated me in the same matter. Very robotic and unfriendly. I'm new to the area and she was the first person I've encountered in this community who hasn't made a lasting or very impressionable experience.
