Employee refused to give my wife a few plastic covers. Told we needed to order a whole roll. 10/20/2020 Hazel Dell location
Very expensive, notified order was in and when picked up only half of my order was available. Also., previously lost an order that was never located.
I had to wait a week for my suit to be returned and when I did pick up the suit, it was only the jacket. For an unknown reason they were separated. I will call next time before making an extra trip. This is the first time for such a long delay.

Since your change of ownership from Deering to Tide, customer personal service at you Noblesville store has been very deficient. John Knight (Prior Director of Operations) was always professional, attentive and responsive to my concerns. Suffice to say that has not been the level of service I have experience under the new local ownership. I understand that you have the right to make changes to your business model.
