Cleaning not ready when promised. Ready over five days later. We won’t be back
My comforter was promised to be ready on Monday, 12/2. When I arrived to pick it up it had not even been started. It was not ready until 12/7.
My grandson received his red belt in Tae Kwondo. As promised a new uniform was purchased. There are 4 patches to be placed on the uniform. I only requested these patches to be placed on to his uniform - nothing else. What was not paid for or requested was a washing, and pressing of the uniform. Thanks for the suprise. He looked great at his class! The extra effort that was done for us means a lot. Great work. Thanks. Rich N

Store at 146th Street didn't follow instructions. Brought in a bed spread to be laundered on 9/16. Was promised on 9/18. Got call on 9/18 saying the bedspread was dry cleaned. I called back and left a message. Got call on 9/19 (without acknowledgement of my message instructions) that bedspread would be available for pickup on 9/20. Showed up on 9/21. Bedspread not available for pickup. Very disappointed in the transaction. Hope that manager or owner will rectify the situation and make an allowance on the price. Jeff Passage ... read more

I brought in 5 shirts and was happy with one of them. The only mens shirt i brought in looked good. The women tops were not as good. One had stains on it. One looked like you didn't even do anything to it, but hung it on a hanger. And one was more wrinkled when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Very disappointed!

Lost one of my shirts. Kept telling me itd be ready the next day. Came back 3 days in a row. Called and they admitted they couldnt find it. Finally got it back 4 days later the day before I needed it before a wedding.
Yes, the two things I took were clean but at $14.24 a piece I won't be back. I moved here from Highland Park, IL where my cleaners charged $3.69 per item for dry cleaning. My search for a dry cleaner here in Indianapolis continues.
Mixup trying to find my clothes. Of the 4 pair of pants cleaned and pressed, one pair I will be returning because of wrinkles
