Deering sent my burnt orange suede coat out to be cleaned after having red wine dumped all over it.The stains were removed and the coat looks like new!

After asking at least five times for collar clips to be used - I still had to take back multiple shirts that were delivered to the store with wrinkled collars. About ready to find another cleaners
Everything was up to standard, promptly served. I ordered heavy starch and it was light is the only concern.
Had a table runner cleaned and for $17.90 they did not remove all the spots. Will not use them again
Young black receptionist was helpful when I brought in four shirts last week. Showed her my e-mail with barcode which expired on 23rd of March. Was confused why she did not scan it to offer the 25% off. Instead she wrote on pick-up slip "honor discount as showed e-mail"?? Shirts well done. Tony
Last fall, I had terrible incident with one of your employees in your Nobleville location...and I vowed to never go there again. Recent Circumstances dictated that I go back there once more; fortunately the young lady was no longer there and I received the kind of service that I had grown to expect(good).. I’m sure that young lady loss business for you..
I had a horrible experience with the clerk at this location last fall...and swore that I would never use them again. I only returned when I learned that she was no longer there. This time was a much better experience. Hopefully, I can continue to get good service.
The last five times I have picked up cleaning there is always an issue. This trip the attendant informed me part of My order was not there because the boiler had gone down that day. My order was due the previous Thursday so this made no sense. He looked again and said oh no it is right here on the rack. I have no faith at this point that my clothes are going to be there. Stains still visible including ones I hadn’t seen before that look like liquid spilled. My North Face down vest seems much less puffy than before and there’s a clump of down in the collar.
