I have been going to the Tide on Buffalo Speedway in Houston for about a half year now. My experience actually started out bad. The (now former) employee that took my 3 piece suit did not give me a ticket, and my suit was lost. It was nowhere on any of the racks, it wasn't in the baskets, and they had no records of it. We love Darrell!! He is so kind and courteous each and every time we see him. He always greets us with a smile, and when we aren't home, he carefully hangs our dry cleaning on the door. I wish everyone in the world we met was as kind as Darrell!!! What an asset to Tide Cleaners! Oh, and our laundry comes out great, too!

I am always greeted with smiles at the Bufffalo Speedway location and they are always willing to re-clean if my shirts are not up to standard. I only wish the coupons I receive were centered on what I get cleaned(typically, dress shirts or suits) considering the additional costs I pay compared to other cleaners in the area. I don’t need dress coupons, comforter coupons, etc.

Great work! Despite the fact that we didn’t start too well, (they had lost a shirt and did not comply a couple of times with our instructions) it seems Tide work hard to improve its services and they also have a great and very pleasant team!
