I was a bit reluctant to try this service because there was no person that I could interact with to ensure things were done properly (I've had issues with cleaners not following instructions in the past) but Eric called and walked me through process and told me that I could always contact him with any concerns. So, I tried it and couldn't be more satisfied! Instructions were followed exactly!
