Generally dry cleaning is very well done. I was quite pleased once when I noticed a button missing on my shirt had been neatly replaced without my asking about it. However, I have just noticed that one of my shirts, which has some delicate lace on the shoulders, has been damaged. (Not sent in this most recent time.) As it has only ever been dry cleaned by Tide (I have never so much as hand l-washed it myself, though maybe I will after this), the damage necessarily must have happened during dry cleaning. The home service is excellent. I’ve had it for years and not one problem has come up. My dry cleaning is alway perfect and without damage. Any employee that I have interacted with have been friendly and professional.

When Kristie learned it was my first drop off she took the time to educate me on everything from drop off options to pickup options. and filled me in on the Tide Cleaners processes. They sell some Tide products inhouse!. The cleaners is open 7 days a week and has lockers, if needed, for after hours pickup! A godsend to me given my work hours!!
