The inexperienced employees have trouble handling higher volume and keeping things in order. This was a bad weekend for what is typically a pretty good crew. The trucks were also running behind, and one of our garments did not make it to the store.
Very satisfied with service so far - perhaps the 3rd or 4th time I've sent in laundry. I've only sent in shirts, which have come back in excellent condition each time.
