Great service!
I always have my items picked up from my building, The Dominion, in Houston. Typically, the pick up and return process works just fine. However, for some reason my last pick up was never returned, instead I received and email stating the items were ready for me to come pick up. Not sure what happened here, but can someone please ensure my normal delivery driver brings the items to my building as usual. Thank you
Our service is great. The bag is picked up when I leave it out and they put the clothes where I have asked, even ringing the doorbell to hand them to me if it looks like rain. I had great service with Ashley, who has now moved on, and now Robby takes great care of us. Ashley used to even bring a dog biscuit to Bella if she saw her around! thanks MW Cleaners for doing a great job,
Mr. Dolford is a wonderful valet. Always knows exactly where our clothes are. Friendly, quiet can slip in the office and not bring a lot of attention to himself. The ladies at the facilities are always nice and ready to assist. If there is a problem they go above and beyond to straighten it out.

EXCELLENT!!! It was closing time as I arrived but the ladies waited on me anyway. They were pleasant. courteous and kind. This was my second attempt to arrive before closing. Houston is a bear! I took a chance to see if they would help me. THEY DID! This was my first time using MW. I had high expectations and hopes and my fingers were crossed. My expectations have been exceeded!
