Oh...my....word! I have never been to Tide Cleaners before. I stopped by yesterday to drop of my first items for cleaning. The gal that helped me was AWESOME!! I do not know her name but she explained all the in's and out's of the process, coupons, drop off, pick up etc. She was incredibly helpful and kind. She is a great asset to your business. You should do whatever you have to, to keep her. I am sold on Tide Cleaners because of her......and I have not even picked up my laundry yet!
