We had a pair of pants shortened. You did a good job.
Friendly staff, but drop-off lady never entered my BOGO coupon, so I was shocked when I heard my total at pick up. Guy was very accommodating and gave me the discount. I did think the price was a little expensive!! Without a discount, it would have cost me $30 for 2 sweaters!! Rip off!
I have a very large quilt that needed to be washed. The lady that helped me guaranteed that it wouldn't shrink with the method they would use to wash it. I can tell you that it didn't shrink and I looks great. I am very pleased with the way my quilt turned out. Incredible customer service! I will continue to use Tide Cleaners. Thank You!!!
Good. I appreciate the convenience but I also liked it better when my clothing would smell clean. They used to smell like tide now they don’t at all. Sadly then I go into the mode of “did these get washed”. Literally there is no scent of clean which is associated with it’s the scent
Tide Cleaners did a great job cleaning our Quilted Bed Spread and it did not shrink.
My husbands shirts always come back perfect. However, had sent one of my boys shirt and it came have still looking wrinkled and stained. Definitely a waist of money.
The girls were so so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions with exactness and courtesy. Most definitely use them again.
