Rebecca was super responsive when I had a concern. She was very quick to reply, exceptionally understanding, and eager to resolve the issue. I was thinking I would simply switch dry cleaners, but instead decided to reach out. I’m staying with tide cleaners because of her customer service.

I was a first time customer and went in to have a suit, suit jacket, and two pairs of pants dry cleaned. I was setup quickly in the system and kept up to date via text and email. They even offered a discount for a first time customer and received another discount for my next service. Overall, service was fast (one day turnaround) and the employees were super friendly! I felt valued as a customer and treated exceptionally well. Highly recommend and will be back again for future services.
