My husband used the drive through drop off/pick up and was very pleased with how convenient it was. The attendant was very nice and professional. She asked him if there were any special instructions and he asked for unscented detergent to be used. Weak starch, $3 /shirt. Not sure I can afford Tide.
My dryer had gone out 1 week before my new set was to arrive so I googled your service. The washing and folding were amazing. I was shocked when I picked up my 2 bags of laundry to learn that I had 48 lbs and 128.00 bill. I suggest that the laundry be weighed and an estimate be given to the customer before they drop off and leave. In an emergency situation I was totally shocked and unprepared to pay 128.00.
I had brought in three items to be pressed. They could not get out the wrinkles of the pants which were new. They stated that I didn’t request to have them laundered and that would have gotten out the wrinkles. I wish that they would have called me to tell me that instead I was disappointed and left with wrinkles pants.
I was charged 20 dollars for a sm baby blanket which i thought was outrageous! A coat only cost me 15 n a BABY blanket 20 dollars! I tried to tell the young lady it was a very sm blanket n all she said was well thats what we charge for blankets! Not happy!
Re-wash of comforter and hanging it to dry did not improve the wrinkling in the comforter. I hope the second comforter is not wrinkled too?
My pleated dress looked beautiful except for 1 spot that should have come out. Also a hook at the top of the zipper was bent almost straight. It didn’t damage my dress, but I wonder if it damaged some other garment.
