I appreciate the quickness and quality of the delivery cleaning and folding. I would you prefer all of my clothes be washed--none need to be drycleaned. Is there a way to indicate this? Last time, I was charged $30 for unnecesary dry-cleaning. Also, I wish there was a way to not use so much plastic.

It unfortunatly is so rare these days to find genuinely good customer service. I have now had interaction with 4 different employees at 40th W Riverton Tide Cleaners. I am so thrilled to say everyone of them friendly, welcoming, efficient and truly interested in serving the customer & Oh, great cleaning & pressing job!

Dropped something off to get it fixed because it had a tear in it. They said it was fixed and went to pick it up and got home and nothing was done to it. It even said on the tag it was fixed.
I took my cloth on Saturday I was told it was going to be ready Monday the regular cloth and blankets on Tuesday, I went yesterday Tuesday to pick up everything instead of going Monday and Tuesday. Only my bonkers were ready instead of my regular cloth that suppose to be ready before my blankets and also they couldn’t find me by my name at the end it was because they put my last name as my first name. Cost is just too much for dry cleaning. $7 for a single shirt.........ridiculous
