I was a dedicated customer for about 3 weeks. I had one of my wife's blouses' returned with pearl buttons torn off. And I had several of my shirts with buttons torn and all the collar stays removed. When I asked your teenage staff members if they had any collar stays to replace those I lost they said, "No. We throw them away. They jam up the equipment." I got an email stating my dry cleaning would be ready that Friday. I go pick up my suit on the way to my big interview and they are closed because of “Pioneer Day”, a holiday only in UT. (I moved from out of state and had no idea this was a holiday where businesses and government shut down.) You sent me an email asking me to update my info. I clicked on the link but it wouldn't accept my username when I tried the "forgot password" option. So I tried to create a new account and it said my email username already exists.

Its been over 2 1/2 years since I've used your services. I took some extremely expensive front room drapes to your store and handed them over to a young man. I specifically stated that the pinch pleat drapes needed to be dry cleaned. When I paid for them and picked them up and then a few months later went to hang them up (I change colors for the seasons), you could tell that they had been machine washed and were awful! $600.00 later - I had to purchase new drapes. I am not a fan.

Customer service was great. Stains were not all removed and the dress had a hole in it when I received it.

I've taken several neckties in for cleaning. They had visible spots that I hoped would come out. I've picked up my orders and I swear, three of them have come back looking like they weren't cleaned at all. One of the ties I picked up today still looked exactly the same, with a stiff food stain still on it. Usually, if they process a garment and still can't get a stain out, they will attach a tag that says, "Sorry, we noticed a spot on your garment, but judged it unsafe to remove without damaging the item."
