I've taken several neckties in for cleaning. They had visible spots that I hoped would come out. I've picked up my orders and I swear, three of them have come back looking like they weren't cleaned at all. One of the ties I picked up today still looked exactly the same, with a stiff food stain still on it. Usually, if they process a garment and still can't get a stain out, they will attach a tag that says, "Sorry, we noticed a spot on your garment, but judged it unsafe to remove without damaging the item." Dropped off my laundry on Wednesday called ahead and talked to Hyrum. I specifically asked for wash and fold only. When I go back Friday I find out that almost everything was dry cleaned except for under garments t shirts and socks. My bill came out to be almost 115.00 I was horrified. I wasn’t sure how I was going to pay when all I was wanting was wash and fold only to end up with more than I could afford. I was really upset. Expensive! Could of replaced my item new
When we brought our two piece suit in we showed them our 50%off text we had received. When we picked it up we were only credited the 20% discount available. We didn’t notice until we got home.
Was in there (Daybreak location) recently to take in a brand new Ralph Lauren polo shirt I received in the mail the day before. After picking up my clothes 2 days later, came home to realize the shirt had 2 staple size holes in the upper torso area. (The holes were not there prior to me taking the shirt in for cleaning, otherwise would have returned the shirt). In the past this company has done very well with our items and reaching our expectations, but this past experience when I brought in our Christmas Tree skirt, it was frayed/damaged as the color was changed. Which is a little disappointing but this was just the experience we received.
Receptionist-worker greeted with a smile! Polite and courteous. Explain the expected service customer inquiries. The deadline on time as scheduled. Text notification service done! Yes, will surely recommend To relatives and friends.
Do you was or launder shirts? I get tags about a spot that I am able to remove. Looking to go elsewhere.
