Fail. 2nd time they've ruined a new piece of clothing that I wore for the 1st time last week. The bill for them is not even due yet. Both times seem to have involved the black dye they use for black shirts/pants. Neither of my items which they ruined, were dark or requested to be dyed (white shirt and yellow pants). If you can't do it right the first time, you shouldn't be in the business. "Right things right, the first time" is what I was taught when I worked at P&G G.O. (Laundry & Cleaning Prods Div.)
