I have never done a review on at place of business but I dropped off my down comforter to the Anderson Tide Cleaners 04/15/2024 ticket said pick up 04/17/2024 . I went to pick it up on 04/21.2024 was told unable to locate could have been sent to another location. I waited a week went backstill lost but was told I would receive call or email about reimbursement. On May 1 2024 called was told by store employee they were sorry still have not located comforter manager will call me but still no response. Bad experience so far

Worst dry cleaning experience ever. They lost my wedding suit pants and I have yet been compensated for the loss. Worse yet they have no idea where they could be and I get the sense they never even tried to find them!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS BUSINESS!
