RecommendedI had earned several dollar amounts here and they all have been very pleasant and understanding. I don't particularly like the "Tide" fragrance, so all my dry cleaning is without it. Highly recommend them.

I do not normally write reviews however when you receive the type of exemplary service as I did from Christina at this location, it cannot go unreported. I have 4 needlepoint dining room chair covers that are over 100 years old and have seen our family through numerous dinners and celebrations, and showed the stains and fading from those wonderful times. After recovering the chairs, I wanted to take the removed needlepoint covers, have them cleaned and then give them as Christmas gifts to other family members as heirlooms.... read more

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Tommy and the production team working today Saturday May 1st. I picked up my grandson's sport coat from an alterations store and needed it for 1st Communion tomorrow. To me it looked like the 2 weeks they had the jacket it was rolled up in a ball, sleeves fixed and hung on a hanger. I called after 12 noon and Tommy answered and I told him my predicament. Used wash and fold service a few times since I am waiting for a new washer to be delivered to my home. As for the wash, clothes are clean and smell fresh; but as for the fold not so good. Items are just folded in half, quite wrinkled and some items are inside out. A few towels were still damp, thank goodness my dryer still works. Employees were polite, store is clean. If you don't mind smoothing and refolding items then this service is for you. I cant wait to do my own laundry next week!
The service is excellent and the people are always nice. Clothes are fresh and well-cleaned.

I was very comfortable to leave my product unfortunately they needed me to bring it back because it was Monday there busiest day . I had to have it that day. It was a faded product they were willing to go the extra mile to fix my sweater gave me some tips on how to fix it . Unfortunately I had to give to someone that day. But their kindness politeness was an A+.
