Over priced and rude managers

I picked up an order yesterday and, guess what? ANOTHER ruined item. This is the fifth thing they’ve ruined. Ink stains, ripped hems, broken straps.... The managers I speak with never seem to care and offer me store credit. I will never go back there! The convenience is not worth the cost of having to replace my items. I have used the last of my store credit with this order, and should go in and request more since my blouse is covered in ink stains. NO WAY!!! I will find a better, more reliable dry cleaner. HORRIBLE! lost my shirt and they have no idea what happened to it.
I told them to do a spot check on my comforter the spots were still there and it had a funny odor to it
Broke my wedding dress. Terrible customer service. Go to Widmers instead.
I feel like I should have learned my lesson.. but I clearly haven’t. Tide cleaners is a great place to go when you don’t have any stains to deal with. But when you do, you need to avoid it like the plague! I brought you the dress I wore to my wedding reception and I received it back with RED stains! I paid you to do.. what?! Destroy it?! My husband brings (brought, he will not do it again) his dress blues and dress whites (navy uniform) to be dry cleaned. He got them back seeing they had been pressed wrong he had to iron out their creases and reiron it correctly. He took it back and explained how it had to be done and they did it wrong, again. And now he is ironing out their incorrect creases just to iron in the correct creases, trying to hurry because he has a funeral tonight where his uniform must be pressed correctly. I have recently started to take my dry cleaning to this location. I had a situation with some garments that had stains that I thought couldn’t be removed. So I just assumed the clothes were ruined, because the other dry cleaners couldn’t or didn’t try to get them out. I figured I’d give it one more try with Tide cleaners and sure enough the stains were gone. Very pleased with them going the extra mile to satisfy a new customer!���
