Drop off is so easy, especially when I use my bag. I appreciate the same day time of 9am, veey convenient as others are 8am or earlier. Pick up is as easy, I give the attendant my debit card and comes back with a receipt and laundry.
Make sure the collar of suit jackets are pressed correctly
