THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL AT THE LOCATION WE UTILIZE WENT SERIOUSLY DOWNHILL. IN ADDITION, MY SHIRTS WERE COMING BACK WITH MISSING BUTTONS ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND WERE GETTING FADED FROM THE PRESSING TO THE POINT I HAD TO DISCARD THEM
They lost a strap that was attached to my new winter coat.
I was told I was goning to get an orange bag when I picked up from locker There was no bag I have no bag Also came after hours to pick up The text and email instructing how to get in explained very poorly how to “dial in “ the locker no I spent several minutes trying to figure it out and finally saw an obscured small sign that gave you the real Iinstructions .... but it was very Uncomfortable as someone else came in while I tried To figure it out must ve made them uncomfortable seeing me in there
I asked for my suit to be cleaned and pressed. The suit was not cleaned at all as the stains we're still on the jacket! I also had some alterations done on my son's suit and the pants didn't come out properly as well as the jacket.
It took over a week to clean 8 items. One sweater was claimed to have a broken buckle when it arrived, so it wasn't going to be cleaned, which is fine, but I didn't even receive the sweater back when I picked up my order. Now I'm missing a $40 sweater. I will NOT be coming back.
Seems way over priced compared to where we were going
I brought in a queen size comforter to be laundered. I was charged $34 and was not allowed to use the initial new customer discount.
I took 3 shirts to be laundered, 1 mans & 2 ladies, & 2 jeans, 1 mans to be laundered & 1 ladies to be dry cleaned. I had a 50% off 1st visit. When I went to pick up cleaning they could only find jeans. Everything had been dry cleaned. The lady was very nice & looked a long time for shirts, but didn’t give me 50% off, she said shirts would be free when they found them. Today when I went back they found shirts, but couldn’t give me anything off because coupon had been used day before. As for free didn’t know anything about it... read more
