As usual good timely service
Always complete the dry cleaning on the day promised
My first experience was not very good and it did not leave a good impression. They patron before me in line was complaining about her dry cleaning quality and that her sweater was ruined. So I thought well it happens sometimes. But when they gave me my husbands new suit back, the suit has a tremendously amount of lint like from a sweater or something that sheads due to it being my first visit I did not want to leave it for redo it could come back worst or maybe even ruined. No one was available for me when I drove up. No one was available after I even honked my horn from outside. No one was available even when I went inside until I approached the rear of the store and yelled.
Nothing bad about the experience and the lady that took care of me who was really nice. Just too pricey. Not worth
On my first visit to your establishment I asked the clerk about coupons or discounts She said that I would be receiving them via email . When I went on the tide website myself I noticed that there was a 50% off your first visit I feel that the clerk should be aware of this. I have spent $34 at your establishment and will not be back. There are other dry cleaners in our area
I was quoted one price. I was charged a higher price on pickup. I will not do business with you again.
Y’all mess up pretty much every time I drop off clothes... which is every or every other week!!! You don’t provide me all the locker numbers where my clothes are.... even if I ask when I’m there. This clothes are left for weeks/months now. I now have to ask you to look in your system every time I pick up and yep... there’s another locker with clothes but u didn’t text/email it to me. Pretty much a fail every time.
Already have...poor customer service, damaged clothes, and shirts returned with missing buttons
