the shirts were laundered and pressed satisfactorily, however, shirt laundering is ridiculously high at $3.50 per shirt, but I suppose under the current failed Biden administration and it’s reckless handling of the economy and inflation, it’s to be expected; businesses use political failure as an excuse to raise prices, it appears Tide is no different

Brought a jacket that had a stain that they were not able to fix. Not a problem as this can happen, but they didnt even tell me that rhe stain wasnt fixed when i picked it up. I went back to ask if they could do anything, and they said no as it was a watermark stain that they could never fix. Very disappointing that i was told they could fix it, but then they didnt and i wasnt even forewarned that they couldnt fix it. Took it to a cleaner down the road that said it wouldnt be a problem

Crystal used to be manager in Creecside location and I missed her. Things have really changed since she left? Anyway, the girls are okay just bit that great when it comes with costumer service. I wish they would know what promo and special services being offered especially when it’s published in the wall and you walked in and asked about it. 3 times the cost of everywhere else. Employees refused to wear masks. Clothes are musky/ gross. Wasteful use of tissue paper. What a disaster.

The location at Kuykendahl and Creekside Forest in The Woodlands, TX can’t seem to get our order correct. They probably have a 50% fail rate even with verbal instructions along with instructions written on our account. We have spoken with the manager and still have problems. We put a call into the district mgr and no response. We will move our business elsewhere.

I was not able to pick up my dry cleaning due to the location not accepting cash as a form of payment. This is unacceptable and I will be using a a different dry cleaner moving toward.
