I had a positive experience due to excellent customer service, garments were dry cleaned perfectly, and the store was clean and inviting. The only problem is the cost, it's nearly triple of local dry cleaners, which charge 99 cents and also do a great job.
The staff was incredibly friendly and my items were finished quickly.
The clothes looked great and everything seemed to be pressed nicely! This was my first time here. I got half off and still paid $27! I only had 7 items! 5 shirts, 1 men’s pants and 1 dress. Kind of expensive! It was quality work but just costs too much!

I love Tide Cleaners, but we moved to a smaller town and there is not a Tide Cleaners around. I wish there was one close. We live in Fulshear, Tx next to Katy and I have not found one. Thank you for all of your dry cleaning.
Came in right before Holiday on Thursday and zipper was replaced and ready on Saturday. All Great.
Great service and shirts look great Two shirts were marked with a note about a spot that couldn’t be removed but I couldn’t see a spot on either shirt. Even with my 50% off coupon the prices are still double of other places that deliver the same quality service.
