My slacks were clean, but the creases were on the sides of the pants instead of the front center where they were supposed to be. I have never seen creases on the side seams--totally unacceptable.
Due to an employee error at a related dry cleaners, where I had been told that Meridian Heights had a later deadline for same-day service, I arrived at Mer. Hts. long past the deadline. However, after I explained what had happened, they still took my clothing and had it ready for a 5:00 pickup. Very much appreciated!
I'm not fucking Tony. Whoever used my number for their cleaning is a dipshit.
Love the delivery service but never know how much we owe you because you stopped sending monthly statements. How does someone know how much to pay without a statement. Please start sending monthly statements again.
