always great service
A jacket was supposed to be ready at a Tuesday didn't get it till Friday! Thank God it wasn't for a wedding! They lost my business for goods
I am on the distribution list for texts re: pickup. While need has been down, I have faithfully participated. Yet 4 different times, someone has failed to pick up my order. So I take them in Couple this with some of the highest prices in the business and it appears I am looking for another provider.
Great customer service.
Multiple times I have been charged dry cleaning fees for shirts that can be laundered this increases the price of the shirt 100%+. On multiple visits shirts have returned on hangers when instructions are to fold. This happens at both Pennsylvania Street and Illinois Street

Original instructions for processing my item were not followed-altar cloth to be rolled on provided cardboard tube. It was folded and put on hanger. At pickup I asked for it to be repressed and rolled. This process caused large wrinkles in side hems. Asked it be washed and pressed again and it on my cardboard tube. Which was done. This process took 2weeks. Fortunately my church has other altar cloths! Will be more specific next time. You have laundered our linens in the past under previous ownership.
Doing better however I’m still not getting a statement just random charges to my checking account. I may have to drop auto pay. I’ve had my account overdrawn twice because I don’t know when charges are coming through or getting a statement.
I was made to pay for items I didn’t pick up. I still am missing clothing. I asked for a manager to contact me and no one bothered to call. I miss Meridian Cleaners. The Tide has turned for the worse.
