Great staff, consistently good service
The people at the desk are so nice. All my clothes are done well. One area of improvement are my women's shirts. Sometimes the starch is not heavy enough and, for some reason, they occasionally put one on a different hanger than the usual white shirt hanger. They stuff paper in the shirt. Seems like a small point but those are always the shirts that end up wrinkled.

Bad bad service! I waited 20 minutes as they could not find my clothes! The incompetent staff who were working said my clothes were downtown probably but they were there. Really bad service. No discounts were given to me so I will not go back.
89718 I found your management at 2:30-3pm today most unhelpful. In fact, it was obvious I was her inconvenience. I had questions about changes within your coupon process and also not being given the chance to sign (due to Covid after I asked where do I sign) once my debit card was run. I ask about that, too. “Covid restrictions, we are running it as credit” Is pretty much what she said to me. Then ask me (your customer) If you can do so before just running my card.
