IM NOT FUCKING TONY STOP MESSAGING ME
The cleaning and delivery are great 5 stars ... BUT the amount of plastic in the delivery is ridiculous. Please return to previous bags that could be used over clean clothes to protect them rather than several single-use plastic bags. I’d hate to have to cancel such a convenient service because I thought it was bad for the environment.

Not sure about the service yet. Still not getting a statement. Getting other people’s clothes delivered to my door and my clothes aren’t getting picked up. They look fine when I get them back. Just need to get the bugs worked out I guess. Some people in our building have quit the service. Not sure if we will stay or not.

Favorite shirt - first time to cleaners and now looks completely worn out and old . So disappointed .
The laundered shirts are great, my shirts are folded, just wonder how the shirts can be folded without all the paper and plastic.

I have been a customer for years but no longer. I pointed out the cuffs on dry cleaned shirts were wrinkled. Attendant added a special note. They still were unable to be pressed wellto be turned up. I have a new cleaner that does it right and cheaper. Never got a call from the owner who had already left for the day.
We would not use anybody else!

Simply the best dry cleaner I have ever used and that is high praise if only because this service business is generally very poor. But this one is different. They work hard to satisfy their customers-friendly, timely and consistentlydone right.
