The lady working was very professional and awesome!
This was our first time at Tide cleaners and brought in a comforter to be dry cleaned. Unfortunately, it took almost 3 weeks to get it back. The service itself along with the employees were a pleasure to do business with but I had hoped for a speedier time with the comforter. I will still give it a try with my clothes. Like I said, the people working there are so nice.
With so many things being uncertain in the world right now I appreciate that I can depend on Alexandra & Maria to make sure my items are handled properly. I reside in Fulshear so I go out of my way to visit this location...probably pass 4/5 other cleaners and this does not even include locations that are simply closer. I like doing business with Alexandra & Maria.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Maria P. was there when I dropped of garments and answered questions patiently. She was there when I picked up as well and even took a few minutes to talk with my very chatty 4 year old about all the rain he had to tell her about. Will definitely be using this location in the future for all needs.
Good experience, very friendly staff, very clean place but I had to give 3 stars due to the prices. Over 7.00 to dry clean a pair of pants was a little too much, in my opinion. They do give first timers a 50% off coupon which was great considering the fact that I had not asked how much the cleaning would cost.
DId not do the collars on my wife's shirts as she requested. She asked for a Man Style Iron and it was done in a 70's butterfly style.
